3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing via email or through our website’s cancellation form. Cancellation requests must be received within the specified notice period to be eligible for a refund or to avoid additional charges.
  • Notice Period: Cancellation notice periods vary by service and are detailed in the booking confirmation and service-specific terms. Typical notice periods are:
    • Hotels: 7 days before check-in date.
    • Tours: 7 days before the tour start date.
  • Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of your cancellation. Charges are calculated as a percentage of the total booking amount or a fixed fee, as specified in the service terms. Charges may include:
    • More than 15 days before arrival: 0% of the total booking amount. There is no charge we will refund you the full amount 
    • Less than 10 days before arrival: we will charge 50% of the total booking amount.
    • On the same day of arrival: we will charge you the full amount, there is no return of any service. 
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative booking, subject to availability.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies.
